Mayor Therese Ridge, South Dublin County Council, today presented prizes to the winners of the Race Against Waste Christmas decorations competition. Children throughout the County participated in the Christmas Tree Decoration competition for primary school pupils, which aims to get children and their parents thinking about how to reuse and recycle materials that might otherwise be thrown away.
