Housing Information Sharing Seminar

The theme of South Dublin Council’s Corporate Plan is “Connecting with Communities” and one of the Cross Cutting Themes provides is for “ A customer Focused Organization”.

To this end, South Dublin County Council’s Housing Projects Section has invited a number of tenants to participate in a Housing Information Sharing Seminar in relation to Common Quality Standards throughout the Council’s rented housing stock. The aim of this seminar is to establish what housing facilities tenants feel are most important to them.

The tenants have been selected from a wide range of council houses and estates, reflecting different electorate areas, house size, type, age of houses and family composition.

Director of Housing, Ms. Philomena Poole , and County Architect , Mr. Brian Brennan , and staff from Housing Projects Section and Architectural Services Department will be facilitating the seminar.

 The findings of this Seminar will assist in developing future housing policy.
