Happy 1st Birthday- 20,000 th Customer to our Customer Care Centre at County Hall
One year on and today the staff of the centre were very pleased to greet customer no. 20,000.

The Mayor and Mary took great delight in opening the prizes together over coffee, prizes included 100 euro shopping vouchers, a years membership to the Civic Theatre, Golf at Grange Castle Golf Club, a Hamper from Management Catering, gift vouchers from Kerry Foods and lots of smaller goodies.
An overwhelmed Mary was provided with transport home with all her new acquisitions. Thanking Mayor Ridge she said she was very pleased she had called to County Hall this morning and was only “sorry I hadn’t got my hair done first “
The Customer Care Centre has been open for one year and over 25,000 enquiries have been processed by the staff, by phone, web, sms and personal callers. 20,000 have been dealt with and completely finalized by the staff of the centre hence congratulations to our 20,000 th. Well done Mary and well done to our dedicated staff.
