"On behalf of the Members and Residents of South Dublin County, I wish to extend our sympathies to the people of Beslan whose lives have been so affected by these terrible events. We deplore the action that has resulted in such tragedy and wish to send our condolences and our thoughts to the families who have lost loved ones and to the survivors of this horrific ordeal "
