Damage to Pedestrian Bridge over Tallaght Bypass at Sean Walsh Park 1st July 2004
The Council’s Structural Engineer is currently on site examining
the above pedestrian bridge which was damaged by a crane a short while ago.
The bridge has sustained some damage but initial assessments have concluded that it is not severe and does not require a road closure, so there is no Traffic disruption at present.
The Bridge itself has been closed to pedestrian traffic from the Square to Sean Walsh Park on the Old Bawn, Ailesbury pedestrian route.
