PUBLIC NOTICE AIR POLLUTION ACT 1987 LICENCING OF INDUSTRIAL PLANT REGULATIONS 1988
Pursuant to the above notice is hereby given an application for an Air Pollution Licence has been received from Coffey Construction Limited.
The Licence is for a portable maximum output 225 tonnes per hour, hot mix asphalt plant at the Dublin Outer Ring Road Works Site compound at Nagor, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, to produce road base and road surfacing material for these works.
Emission characteristics in terms of kg/Tonne production are PM10 0.002, PM 2.5 0.0014, COO.065, S02 0.17, Nox 0.027. VOCO.016.
