South Dublin County Council was yesterday granted an High Court injunction against 16 named persons restraining them, or any others who have knowledge of the injunction, from obstructing, impeding or interfering with the Council’s Refuse Collection Operators.

In the event of any further interference with daily refuse collections across South Dublin, the Council fully intends to immediately apply to the High Court to deal with the persons involved in whatever manner the Court sees fit
