The afternoon “chapter” has author/poet Dermot Bolger as MC, in conversation with Donal Ryan (Spinning Heart) Nuala Ní Chonchúir (Closet of Savage Mementos) and John Sheahan former member of the Dubliners and in recent year a poet of considerable reputation.

The centenary of the First World War is celebrated by The Great War Roadshow: an evening of songs and stories with Myles Dungan and other guests also taking place at Civic Theatre Tallaght. The songs will be performed by The Brook Singers, with soloists Brendan MacQuaile, Sadhbh Burt Fitzgerald and Jonathan Creasy and musical accompaniment by Rónán Murray. This event promises to be a highly entertaining evening.
