New Housing Proposals by South Dublin County Council for Mayfield Park, Clondalkin, and MacUilliam Estate, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght.
South Dublin County Council has published proposals for the development of two (2) new housing projects in the County.
The housing schemes proposed include
- an 18 unit project on lands to the East of the entrance road access to Mayfield Park, Mayfield Park, Clondalkin and
- a 28 unit project on undeveloped lands located in the South Eastern corner of the MacUilliam Estate, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght.
Plans and particulars of the proposals, which show design details of the proposed new housing infill schemes, are currently on display for public consultation in County Hall, Tallaght and Civic Offices, Clondalkin.
Director of Services for Housing and Community Services Billy Coman stated that both of these proposed projects are on designated housing sites previously identified for residential development, and in areas of the county where there is an identified housing need.
Proposals for these 2 housing projects will be on display until Friday 7th February and submission or observations on the proposed housing developments are invited from the public and local residents. Submissions or observations should be forwarded to the Senior Executive Officer, Housing Department up to including the 21st February 2014.
Copies of the proposals are also available on request to South Dublin County Council and information can also be found on the council’s website www.sdcc.ie .
