“THE HAUNTED†is coming!
“THE HAUNTED†Halloween celebrations are coming to South Dublin County on October 31st between 5-7pm in Tallaght and North Clondalkin.
It will be an evening filled with HalloScreams and the Spooktacular, all created by the young people of the County. In Tallaght “THE HAUNTED†festivities will start at Tallaght IT (beside the Dublin West Educate Together building) and finish up in Chamber Square(beside County Hall, Tallaght Library, Rua Red & Civic Theatre).
In Clondalkin “THE HAUNTED†celebrations is taking place on the grounds of Collinstown Park Sports Complex. Following these events which will involve artistic pieces created by young people there will be a celebration of music, dance and games in each location.
“THE HAUNTED is a great way to celebrate Halloween. I am looking forward to seeing the parade of lanterns and figures – all made by the young people of the Tallaght and Clondalkin†said Mayor Cathal King “Lets celebrate Halloween in a fun, safe way†he added.
Come along to the celebrations and bring family and friends.You can come as your favourite Halloween character as there will be spot prizes on the night for the best costume. Remember to bring along weather appropriate clothing.
