Newlands Cross, Clondalkin, County Dublin (Variation No. 4)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13(8)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), that on 12th November 2007 the Council of the County of South Dublin, being the Planning Authority for the County, made the following modified variation to the South Dublin County Development Plan 2004-2010,
Specific Local Objective No.52
Construct a grade-separated junction at Newlands Cross, and this Council favours an underpass on the N7 at Newlands Cross on the grounds that it may have less environmental impact than an overpass.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 13K of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations (S.I. No. 436 of 2004) the Council determined that a Strategic Environmental Assessment is not required in relation to the Variation.
