South Dublin County Council invites tenders for the construction of an infill development comprising 5 no. housing units at Airlie Heights, Lucan, Co Dublin including all necessary ancillary works on lands at Airlie Heights, Lucan Co Dublin

A deposit of 200 is payable for each set of tender documents, this deposit is refundable on a receipt of a bona fide tender not subsequently withdrawn. Late tenders will be returned and not considered.

Completed tenders in sealed tender envelopes marked Tender for construction of 5 dwellings at Airlie Heights, Lucan, Co Dublin" must be returned to Corporate Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4pm on Wednesday 19^th December 2007.
