South Dublin County Council invites tenders for the construction of an infill development comprising 4 no. housing units at Oldchurch Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 including all necessary ancillary works on lands at Old Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

A deposit of €200 is payable for each set of tender documents, this deposit is refundable on a receipt of a bona fide tender not subsequently withdrawn. Late tenders will be returned and not considered.

" must be returned to Corporate Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4pm on Wednesday 21st November 2007.
