TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CASTLETYMON HOUSING PROJECT, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24

South Dublin County Council invites tenders for the construction of Castletymon Phase1, Tallaght, Dublin 24 comprising 32 residential units of two-storey housing, with ancillary works including services and landscaping at Castletymon Phase1, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

Applicants should note that a qualification questionnaire forms part of the tender documentation. Those intending to tender should ensure they are aware of the qualification criteria set out in the form. The form can be downloaded from www.etenders.gov.ie .

A deposit of 300 is payable for each set of tender documents, this deposit is refundable on a receipt of a bona fide tender not subsequently withdrawn. Completed tenders in sealed tender envelopes marked Tender for housing development at Castletymon Phase 1" must be returned to Corporate Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4pm on Friday 19^th October 2007.
