 TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FORTUNESTOWN B, PHASE 3 & 5

South Dublin County Council invites tenders for the construction of Fortunestown B, Phase 3 & 5 comprising 160 residential units of terraced housing, apartments and duplex apartments with access roads and public realm provision including services and landscaping. The tender includes the construction of a community building comprising crche, caf, community meeting rooms and 2 no. playgrounds at Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

 

Applicants should note that a qualification questionnaire forms part of the tender documentation.

 

For full tender information please visit the Public Sector Procurement Opportunities website at www.etenders.gov.ie. Suppliers without their own Internet access can avail of free access through the South Dublin County Council library service. A deposit of 1,000 is payable for each set of tender documents, this deposit is refundable on a receipt of a bona fide tender not subsequently withdrawn. Late tenders will be returned and not considered. Completed tenders in sealed tender envelopes marked Tender for housing development at Fortunestown, Phase 3 & 5" must be returned to Corporate Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4pm on Thursday 11th October 2007.
