 Notice of extension of time for return of tenders

On 24^th July 2007 South Dublin County Council invited tenders for the construction of an infill development comprising 32 no. housing units at Fettercairn Phase 2 including all necessary ancillary works on lands to the West of Phase 1 adjoining Drumcairn and Kilmartin Estates, Fettercairn Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24

For full tender information please visit the Public Sector Procurement Opportunities website at www.etenders.gov.ie..  Suppliers without their own Internet access can avail of free access through the South Dublin County Council library service.

A deposit of €300 is payable for each set of tender documents, this deposit is refundable on a receipt of a bona fide tender not subsequently withdrawn. Late tenders will be returned and not considered.

Completed tenders in sealed tender envelopes marked “Tender for housing development at Fettercairn, Phase 2" must be returned to Corporate Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

The closing date for return of tenders has been extended to Tuesday 11^th September 2007 at 4PM. Contractors who have already taken tender Documents are being sent this additional information..
