Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads

In accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act, 1993, South Dublin County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the roads listed hereunder be public roads.  This matter will be considered by South Dublin County Council at its meeting on 8^th October, 2007 at 3.30pm at South Dublin County Council Headquarters, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.  Maps showing the roads may be inspected at the above address during office hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Friday.  The latest date for inspection of maps is 5.00pm on Tuesday 21^st August, 2007.

Objections to or representations regarding the above proposal may be made in writing to the Senior Administrative Officer, Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.  Email:  seoroads@sdublincoco.ie.
