ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)
Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at the following location:
1. Public Right of Way to the rear of 1-6 Balrothery Estate and to the side of 6-7 Balrothery Estate and to the rear of 7-12 Balrothery Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
The right of way to be extinguished is indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Friday) from Tuesday 10th April, 2007 to Wednesday 9th May, 2007.
Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishment must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 4.30p.m. on Friday 25th May, 2007 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).
It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
