PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to construct a Development, comprising 10 no. Group houses and 34 Social /Affordable Units and a Community Centre and all necessary associated ancillary works on a site at Newcastle Lyons, Newcastle, County Dublin.
Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours ( Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm) up to and including the 15th January, 2007.
Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
