Proposed Development

Notice Under Part 8 of the

Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

 

Oldchurch Avenue Infill Housing, Clondalkin, Co. Dublin

 

Development of a 4 unit, infill housing project on lands at Oldchurch Avenue, Clondalkin, Co. Dublin comprising:

1 no. single-storey, two bed unit, 1 no. one-and-a-half storey, three bed unit, 1 no. two-storey, three bed unit and 1 no. two-storey, four bed unit with attic accommodation. The works to include alterations to the existing footpath layout, off street parking, new boundary treatments and all necessary associated ancillary works on a site at the lands at Oldchurch Avenue, Clondalkin, Co. Dublin.

 

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 during normal working hours until Tuesday 21st November, 2006.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
