Public Notice of Proposed Traffic Calming Measures in Earlsfort Estate, Lucan.

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed provision by South Dublin County Council of the above scheme and a description of the proposed works follows:

The proposed works consist of the following:

1. The scheme provides for the installation of 21 Traffic Calming ramps.

2. Installation of Stop signs at the following locations:

A) on Earlsfort Glade at its junction with Earlsfort Road,

B) on Earlsfort Lawn at its junction with Earlsfort Road.

3. Associated road signage.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:

(a) South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

From 9.00am 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am -4.30pm each Friday.

(b) South Dublin County Council Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 From 10.00am 12.45pm and 2.00pm4.00pm Monday to Friday.

(c) Lucan Library, Superquinn Shopping Centre, Newcastle Road, Lucan, Co. Dublin From 9.45am- 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.45am 4.30pm Friday and Saturday.

 

From Thursday 12th October 2006 to Friday 10th November 2006.

To assist in the consideration of this proposal the Council would welcome your views on the proposed measures and in this regard submissions or observations may be made in writing/email before 4.30pm on Friday, 24th November, 2006 to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
