Re: Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

 

Re: Temporary Closure of

Aylmer Road, Newcastle, Co Dublin

In order to allow for construction of a Foul Sewer line along the Aylmer Road, Liffey Developments have applied to South Dublin County Council to temporarily close Aylmer Road, from the T-junction intersecting Aylmer Road with the R120 on the Newcastle side and intersection of Aylmer Road with Baldonnell Road from Monday 25th September 2006 to Monday 9th October 2006, both dates inclusive.

The alternative routes are via (A) Aylmer Road, Lucan-Rathcoole Road (Newcastle Main Street), Peamount Road, Nangor Road, Baldonnell Road, Aylmer Road

 

(B) Aylmer Road, Lucan-Rathcoole Road, College Lane, Naas Road (City Bound), Barneys Lane, Baldonnell Road, Aylmer Road

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00p.m.on Monday 11th September 2006.

 

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
