SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

 

 

Variation to Proposed Development of an infill housing scheme at Airlie Heights, Lucan, Co. Dublin.

Notice under Part 8 of the Local Government (Planning & Development) Regulations 2001/2003

 

In accordance with the provision of Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 2003, the Council at its meeting held on the 11th July 2006 (Minute No. C/0448/06 refers) approved the proposal to:

 

a)      proceed with the construction of two dwellings on the northern boundary of the site at Airlie Heights, Lucan, Co. Dublin and

b)      allow a further consultation period in relation to the construction of three dwellings opposite no.s 63 to 70 Airlie Heights, comprising :

 

2 no. single storey, two bedroom units and 1 no. one and a half storey three bedroom unit.

The works to include alterations to the existing road layout, off street parking and landscape works to the existing street, new boundary treatments and all necessary associated ancillary works.

 

Revised drawings of the proposal are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Tuesday 12th September 2006.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the developments would be situated may be made in writing to:
