In the matter of the case between Gama Industries and Gama workers being heard by the Labour Court in Ankara, Turkey, South Dublin County Council has appointed a legal representative in Ankara since 18th May 2006, in the event of requests from the Court for information. In addition the Council is willing to send a representative to Turkey should the Court issue a request to the Council for any information. To date neither the Council nor its legal representative in Turkey has received any requests for information from the Court.
