Tá sé beartaithe ag Comhairle Contae Átha Cliath Theas an bóthar seo a leanas a dhúnadh go sealadach, chun B&C Contractors Monaghan Ltd. a éascú leis hoibreacha riachtanacha a bhaineann le tógáil na n-aonad tithíochta in aice láimhe a chur i gcrích:

Proposed Temporary Closure of Tandy’s Lane, Co. Dublin
To facilitate B&C Contractors Monaghan Ltd. to carry out necessary works associated with the construction of neighbouring housing units, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close the following road:
Road Name: Tandy’s Lane, Co. Dublin (80 Metres of road from Adamstown Park Junction)
From: Monday 16th June 2025
To: Wednesday 17th December 2025
Time of Closure: 24 hrs
Detour route: via Adamstown Park Road which is parallel to existing Tandy’s Lane junction. Appropriate signage will be erected to the North of Tandy’s Lane at the Junction of L1030.

Local Access to be maintained at all times.

24 hr Emergency Access to be maintained.
Any person interested may lodge an observation/submission in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie no later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 2nd June 2025.
