South Dublin County Council are pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted under Section 177AE of the Planning and Development Act 2000 for the Whitechurch Stream Flood Alleviation Scheme

The scheme when fully developed will not only provide fluvial flooding protection for up to 50 local residential and business properties in a 1 in 100 year flood event, but will enhance the riverside experience for pedestrians and create a high quality, safe and functional environment. As Project Timelines are developed, further notifications will be provided and information will be made available on www.whitechurchfas.ie
