Proposed Temporary Closure of Dodder View Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

To facilitate a crane to lift a new steel framed pedestrian bridge over the River Dodder as part of Dodder Greenway Project, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close Dodder View Road R112 from the traffic lights at the junction of Springfield Avenue and Fairways to the traffic lights at the junction of Dodder View Road R112 and Rathfarnham Road R114. The closure will be on one of the nights between the dates of Tuesday 27th October 2020 and Friday 30th October 2020 from 9.00pm to 5am. The exact night the closure will take place will depend on the weather conditions during this four-day period. 

Alternative Routes: -

Turn right onto Fairways.

Turn left onto Butterfield Avenue.

Turn left onto Rathfarnham Road R114. 

Any person interested may lodge an observation/submission in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie not later than 5.00 pm on Monday 12th October 2020.
