STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL.

The Council has received a number of enquiries in relation to a member of staff who it is alleged recently gave evidence to a Turkish Court on behalf of the construction company, Gama.
This Council did not authorise or consent to any member of its staff giving evidence on its behalf or on behalf of a Company and consequently a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding this matter has now commenced. Following the completion of this investigation, a further statement on the matter will issue.
