Roads Act 1993, Section 75

Proposed Temporary Closure of Ballymaice Lane

In accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 and the Roads Regulation 1994 and in order to facilitate essential road repair works, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close Ballymaice Lane from Monday 27th April 2020 to Tuesday 28th April 2020 from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Alternative Routes: -

Via R114 Ballinascorney Road

  • Local access will be maintained.
  • Detour signs will be erected.

Any person interested may lodge observations/submissions in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie not later than 5.00 pm on Tuesday 7th April 2020.
