ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)
BETWEEN 47-49 ROWLAGH PARK AND REAR OF 45 – 47 ROWLAGH PARK
Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 (1) of the Roads Act 1993, at its meeting on 9th December 2019, has resolved that the public right of way at the following location be extinguished: -
Public right of way between 47 – 49 Rowlagh Park and rear of 45 – 47 Rowlagh Park shown shaded red on Drawing RE 5006
