PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 has resolved that the public rights of way at the following locations be extinguished (click item to view map: -

1.                  Public Right of Way between 14 & 19 Tamarisk Dale, Kilnamanagh, Dublin 24.

2.                  Public Right of Way at Fortunestown Lane/Swiftbrook Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

3.                  Public Right of Way over part of the hammerhead beside 41, The Crescent, Millbrook Lawns, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
