ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)
Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at the following locations:
1. Public Right of Way between No.14 and No. 19, Tamarisk Dale, Kilnamanagh, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
2. Public Right of Way at Fortunestown Lane/Swiftbrook Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24
The rights of way to be extinguished are indicated on maps which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday) from 27th May 2004 to 25th June 2004
Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishments must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 5.00 p.m. on 9th July 2004 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).
It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
