Temporary Closure of a section of Farmersvale Road (Blackchurch Lane), Rathcoole

In order to facilitate the construction of the link roads feeding Steelstown Interchange South including the new Farmersvale Road and a residential/Blackchurch Inn access & egress Road, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of Farmersvale Road (Blackchurch Lane), Rathcoole at its junction with N7 Naas Road and Windmill Hill Road from Thursday 12th January 2006 to Thursday 23rd February 2006, both dates inclusive.

Alternative routes are via Whitehouse Lane, Windmill Hill Road, Farmersvale Road, Turf Bog Lane, N7 (Naas Road)

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 3rd January 2006.

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
