Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of Old Naas Road (Part of)

In order to facilitate the construction of initial works for the tie-in of the Outer Ring Road to Old Naas Road (part of), South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close the western access to Old Naas Road from the Naas Road (N7) on Wednesday 20^th October 2004 to Wednesday 10^th November 2004, both dates inclusive.

The alternative routes are via Naas Road Eastbound (towards Dublin) (N7),

Boot Road (East access)

Old Naas Road Westbound

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday 8^th October 2004.

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
