Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of Baldonnell Road – N7 Junction

 

In order to facilitate the construction of initial works for the slip lane on Baldonnell Road, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of Baldonnell Road at its junction with the N7 from Tuesday 3rd August 2004 to Tuesday 17th August 2004, both dates inclusive.

 

The alternative route is via Naas Road Outbound, Fitzmaurice Road, Rathcoole Interchange, College Lane/Naas Road On Ramp, Naas Road Inbound, Barney’s Lane, Baldonnell Road.

Diversion signs will be erected.

 

Local access will be maintained at all times.

 

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 20th July 2004.

 

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
