Temporary Closure of Old Lucan Road 

To facilitate Ceile at the Crossroads, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close a section of Old Lucan Road from Ulster Bank to junction with Mill Lane to junction of Old Lucan Road and the R148 at the Oval on Saturday 31st August 2019 from 3.00pm to 12 midnight. 

Alternative Routes:- 

Via Lower Kennelsfort Road. 

• Local access will be maintained

• Detour signs will be erected. 

All traffic will enter and exit Palmerstown Village and Old Lucan Road via Lower Kennelsfort Road. 

Any person interested may lodge an objection in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 19th August 2019.
