Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of Lucan-Newlands Road

At Foxborough

(Foxborough Road – Earlsfort Road)

 

In order to facilitate road repairs/surface overlay on Lucan-Newlands Road at Foxborough, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of the Lucan-Newlands Road at Foxborough (from its junction with Foxborough Road to its junction with Earlsfort Road) from Monday 21st June 2004 to Sunday 27th June 2004, both dates inclusive.

 

The alternative routes are via (a) Foxborough Road, Ballyowen Road, Lucan-Newlands Road

 

(b) Lucan-Newlands Road, Ballyowen Road, Foxborough Road

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

 

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 31st May 2004.

 

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
