Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

Fettercairn Phase II, Tallaght, Dublin 24

Development of a further 33 unit infill social / affordable housing project at lands to the west of Phase 1 adjoining Drumcairn and Kilmartin Estates, Fettercairn Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 comprising:

25 No. two storey three bed units, 3 No. single storey two bed units, and two No. buildings containing 4 No. two bed “own door” apartments and 1 No. 3 bed duplex unit and all necessary associated ancillary works.

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, during normal working hours until Friday 12th May, 2006.
