Proposed Development
Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to modify a previously approved development by replacing this approved Traveller accommodation development with 8 no. group houses and all necessary associated ancillary works, on a site at Coldcut Road, Coldcut, County Dublin.

Plans and drawings of the proposed revised development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours ( Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm) up to and including the 7th of April 2006.
Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
