Bealtaine Festival Competition 2019

The Bealtaine Competition came to an end on Thursday 16 May 2019. This year we had a wonderful response from our local communities, with over 85 entries received in total. Entries received ranged from knitting, baking, painting, pictures and craft works.

The standard of Bealtaine Competition entries was overwhelming, proving very difficult for our judges to make their decisions!

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who took part in the Bealtaine Competition this year and the careful dedication given to each entry.

Please come and visit a sample of entries on display in the foyer of County Hall, South Dublin County Council.

We look forward to the Bealtaine Competition 2020, for our 25-year anniversary of Bealtaine Festival.

The winners will be announced at the Bealtaine Closing Ceremony on Thursday 30 May 2019.
