Proposed Development
Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003


Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to construct a Residential Caravan Park, to accommodate members of the Travelling Community, comprising 10 bays for caravans including 10 day houses and all necessary associated ancillary works on a site at Stocking Lane, Ballyboden, Dublin 16.

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, and Ballyroan Library, during normal working hours ( Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 12.45pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 12.45pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm) up to and including the 26th of October 2004.
