Notice under Part 8 of the Local Government
(Planning & Development) Regulations 2001/2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to vary the existing planning permission to enable the construction of a five bedroom eco-house in lieu of two existing three bedroom dwellings on a site at Deerpark Drive Kiltipper, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
The eco-house is of timber frame construction using renewable timber from sustainably-managed forests with an exterior of rendered cement boards. The dwelling has many innovative eco-friendly design features, details of which are available on drawings of the proposed development which are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during normal working hours until Monday 14th June, 2004 at 5.00 p.m.
