Temporary Closure of R115 Killakee Road  

To facilitate essential road repairs, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close R115 Killakee Road from the junction with Mount Venus Road to south of the Gunny Hill junction, from Monday 1st July 2019 to Thursday 4th July 2019 from 10.00am to 4.00pm. 

Alternative Routes:-

Via Mount Venus Road, south on R116 Cruagh Road then west on R116 Cruagh Road.

From Gunny Hill, Via Ballycullen Road, Stocking Avenue, Stocking Lane and vice versa. 

  • Local access will be maintained.

  • Detour signs will be erected. 

Any person interested may lodge an objection in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 28th May 2019.
