Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:-

A single four bedroom, two storey detached house on a site adjacent to No. 1 St. Patrick's Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and the construction of a new 1.8m high stone wall plus capping between Michael Collins Park and St. Patrick's estates for a distance of approx 130 metres and the construction of a 600 mm high stone wall and railing between these two estates and fronting on to Ninth Lock Road for a distance of approx. 30 metres and all necessary associated ancillary works.

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 during normal
working hours until 5 .00 p.m. on Monday, 13th March, 2006.

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:-
