NOTICE OF PROPOSED VARIATION OF
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) that on 10th October 2005 South Dublin County Council proposed to initiate a Variation of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2004 - 2010 in respect of lands at Greenogue, Newcastle, Co.
It is proposed to vary the South Dublin County Development Plan 2004 – 2010 in the following manner in order to facilitate the implementation of the land use zoning at Greenogue, by the development of industrial uses while progressing the improvement of the road pattern in the area.
It is proposed to delete the existing Specific Local Objective No. 56:--
“Prior to the commencement of development of the industrial lands at Greenogue, newly-zoned in this Development Plan, the
and replace it with the new Specific Local Objective No. 56 as follows:
“It is an objective of the Council to provide at the earliest possible date, a new link road between the
A copy of the proposed Variation may be inspected from Friday 11th November, 2005 to Friday 9th December, 2005 at the following locations:
· The Planning Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght Dublin 24: 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Friday.

· Local Branch Libraries at Ballyroan, Castletymon, Whitechurch, Clondalkin and Lucan during normal opening hours for each Branch Library.

Written submissions or observations in relation to the proposed Variation made to the Planning Authority at the address below before 4.30 p.m. on Friday 9th December 2005 will be taken into consideration before the making of the Variation. Submissions or observations cannot be accepted in any other format or to any other postal address other than as set out below:
