Record of Protected Structures
This notice is published in accordance with Section 250(4) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 12 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 (as amended) that South Dublin County Council being the Planning Authority for the said County, have made additions/deletions to the Record of Protected Structures in the Development Plan 2004-2010.
Over 300 structures were added to the Record of Protected Structures. Owners/occupiers were notified of this and of any deletions from the Record in accordance with Section 12 (13) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
Owner/occupier details for the structures listed in Tables 1 and 2 below remain unobtainable and therefore this Notice under Section 250 is being published.

However they are listed for protection in the Record of Monuments and Places under Schedule 1 of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2004-2010. Items on this Record are protected under Section 12 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1994.
