TALLAGHT TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLAN

 

Consultation Meeting 2nd Phase

 

 

South Dublin County Council is currently preparing a Masterplan for the Tallaght

 

Town Centre area. As part of this preparation, the Council is undertaking an

 

extensive process of public consultation. Following on from the initial pre plan

 

consultations held in February 2005  the Council has displayed since September a

 

series of possible strategies and options for the Town Centre.

 

It is now intended to hold an information meeting on the possible strategies and options on

 

 

Tuesday 18th October 2005 at 7.30 pm in the Reception Area, South Dublin County Council

 

 Headquarters, Tallaght, Dublin 24

 

 

 

The time period for submissions on the strategies and options has been extended to Friday 28th October  2005. Submissions on the possible strategies and options should be submitted to:  Paddy. Mc Namara, Administrative Officer,  Planning Department, South Dublin County          

 

Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to pmcnamara@sdublincoco.ie .

 

 

An A3 booklet of the display boards showing the possible strategies and options is also available

 

for public viewing in Tallaght Library and the booklet can be purchased for €10 at the Planning  Department in County Hall. A copy of the presentation can also be downloaded from South Dublin County Council’s Website at www.southdublin.ie. Please note that due to the size of the document access to a Broadband network is recommended.
