SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at the following location:
1. Public Right of Way over Old Nangor Road from Grange Castle Road (Outer Ring Road Phase 1) to the entrance to Grange Castle Golf Course.
The right of way to be extinguished is indicated on a map, which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00am. to 12.45pm, Monday to Friday, 2.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm on Friday) from Thursday 30th June 2005 to Thursday 28th July 2005.
Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishments must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 4.30pm on Friday 12th August 2005 being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).
It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections might make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
