Variation to Proposed Development at Daletree Road.

Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003

In accordance with the provisions of Part X of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 - 2003, the Council approved the subject development at its meeting held on the 13th October 2003 (Minute No (C/0873/03 refers).

The development comprised an integrated housing scheme comprising 10 no. 4 bedroom houses and a Community Facility, together with associated ancillary works, the provision of a temporary site and the construction of 21 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey dwellings.

Notice is hereby given of the variation to the proposal to construct an additional 3-bedroom 2-storey gable fronted dwelling adjacent to 19 Daletree Road, Ballycragh. Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during normal working hours until Tuesday 19th July 2005.
