Notice under Part V111 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to carry out the following works to,
Templeogue House, Templeogue Road, Dublin 6w, a protected structure and a National Monument, for the purposes of conversion to community and recreation use.
It is proposed to carry out repair, alterations, conversion and refurbishment works, including the installation of a three storey stairs / lift extension to the rear, refurbishment work to the upper ground and first floors, ancillary works externally and for services.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to,
